Those are for knife making. Donnie doesn't hunt any longer (deer in FL are little).

Well he has certainly made use of the area!  The pirate...If you look at the antlers that are going through the sailfish bill, he is in the cloud bank.  The antler that goes into the cloud bank is actually pointing at the underside of his nose.  Below that is his moustash and then his mouth and beard.
