H&B. Humason & Buckley Manufacturing Company c1853 to 1916 later became L F &C in New Britain Ct. This hunting knife is a monster-With Great heft it is six inches long counting the bail. The spring is terrifically strong. Handles are Ebony. According to New England Cutlery by Phillip R. Pankiewicz the company made "Exceptionally Fine Pocketknives".
