Top one is the WATER- (over) VILLE CO. That stamping started 1880ish & continued till 1886. I believe it's a split spring cigar whittler .. JJ will better identify the exact name given this whittler form far better than I can. (and did .. hence the change from my original description of sleeveboard to cigar whittler. Thanks , JJ).
Bottom unit is stamped QUEEN CITY (over) Titusville, Pa.That stamping was used from 1913 till 1929.

Thanks for the kind words, Charles !!
.
Waterville Co. obviously made quality knives. At a minimum of 121 yrs old .. the knife is still in great shape. i.e. certainly better than I would be @ that age ;)
.
Enjoy
D ale
A couple of nice ones!
A couple of sweet old knives .. still looking pretty good for as old as they are.
At least 121 yrs old for the Waterville
..&..
a minimum of 88 yrs old for the Queen City.
My passion in knife collecting is old/rare stampings ..&.. these qualify.
The main blade of the Queen City certainly shows some wear ..however.. I likely will too @ that age.
