You can't  go wrong with a Buck. I bought a new 110 from  Dick's Sporting goods a while ago and the quality is still there.

buck chefs knives and others i will sometimes come across in the most odd of spots. most of the time in the big boxes of kitchenware at places like goodwill and salvation army.both times i remember they were ruined.so i left them.but they were BUCK.looked no where near as good as the the one pictured. really nice setup RON!!!
