The Wood Badge is a awarded to Adult Volunteers who assist with Scouting. I'd say it is on par with becoming an Eagle Scout for the adults. The Boy Scouts refer to this knife as a Huntsman. It is in fact a Forester. Note the Phillips Screwdriver. The huntsman has a corkscrew.

Yep, you are correct Ron. Fieldmaster. Serve me right for typing while tired. I'll correct that. It really seemed odd to me that the Boy Scouts would call the "Wood Badge" knife a Huntsman. wheh the adult leader who receives the Wood Badge.
When you consider: "The Wood Badge is, further, Scouting's premier training course. Baden-Powell designed it so that Scouters could learn, in as practical a way possible, the skills and methods of Scouting. It is first and foremost, learning by doing. The members of the course are formed into patrols and these into a troop. The entire troop lives in the out-of-doors for a week, camping, cooking their own meals, and practicing Scout skills." -- You would think Fieldmaster sounds like a more appropriate term for a person who has earned the Wood Badge.
I believe it's actually a Victorinox Fieldmaster. The Forester is a 111mm knife.
