Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Buck has been around for a very long time...and with excellent reason; they make quality knives at prices just about anybody can afford. My first experience with Buck knives came when I was a young boy...with one of my first pocket knives. I've been a fan ever since.

When the name Buck comes up, most people think of good pocketknives and sportsman knives. While this is certainly an accurate representation, it does fall short of adequately describing some of the other GREAT products that Buck makes. Shown here is one example; my Custom 500 series lockback folder with Giraffe Bone scales and an awesome suede leather sheath. Some of the cool things about this knife:

* The exotic handle scale materials.

* The superb blade shape; it works great for all kinds of EDC tasks.

* The knife has very cool filework done on the liners.

* The knife is lightweight and makes a good carry companion (not too big and not too small; just right).

* The lockback mechanism is one of the most proven locking systems ever created for a folding knife.

* Though this is a Custom, the price from Buck was suprisingly reasonable!

Sure...we're all oogling things from Chris Reeve and Strider...amongst a host of others; we shouldn't forget one of the most awesome knife companies of all-time! Buck is a super company with US-made products. With multiple generations immersed in the business, you can count on that historic Buck quality and high-value carrying on into the future! Now that is true staying power!
