dear friends,

just an additional information about the knifemaker : Robert Beillonnet.

He was twice "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" = "Best knifemaker in France" and that counts a lot as this exam is very very difficult.

That's why he's so good I guess.

No doubt about it -- this knife is about as good as it gets! This is a piece of exquisite art. There are no words that could possibly do this knife justice. So, I will just say...Wow!

Indeed, I fully agree with you. It has been made by one of the most famous french knifemaker...
