A 1990s Solingen, Germany manufactured, Weidmannsheil Genuine Stag Whittler knife, 3 1/8" closed, produced in a quantity of only 100 pieces.

The front of the Clip blade is tang stamped with the Deers Head logo and Weidmannsheil Solingen, Germany. The handles are Genuine Stag (European Deer Staghorn).

"Weidmanns Heil" means good hunting in German.

Ken, it really is a cool little Whittler. At 3 1/8" it's really quite small. But oh so perfect! I have had great luck with all of my Weidmansheil knives. This is another one that I got from Jim Parker's son, Buzz. He sells some quality knives on Ebay and all of my transactions with him have been very good! I really like this little knife! I appreciate your comment, thanks!
