Love the 1873 Winchester great that you have kept it in your family - I have a couple of the rough riders one with the Winchester another with the Kentucky rifle nice knives for a nice price.

Of course they can't compare with yours but I am collecting the Rifleman series of Rough Riders. The shield on them is an 1873 Winchester rifle. I now have three of the twelve in the series. They mean more to me because I have an 1873 Winchester. You can see pictures of it here.

This was the first to have a gun on it back in 1971 and one of the first to have serial numbers.
