I have to admit that Canal Street Cutlery really does a nice job with their knives. No...they don't have the spectacular walk-and-talk of GEC, but their fit and finish is EXTREMELY clean. The stockman shown in this photo is a good example. Sporting beautifully-matched Sambar Stag scales, a finely detailed shield and a highly polished stainless steel blade...this little beauty is a very nice piece of cutlery. And...unlike some other Canal Street knives, this one has a decent "snap" to the main blade.
