One of the more unusual knife brands in my collection is Opinel. Many years ago, my father introduced me to this interesting French knife brand. Recently, I noticed that Opinel was releasing various models with different colored handle scales and Sandvik stainless steel blades. Shown here is a No. 8 model with Red Beech handle scales. What a nice knife! And shockingly affordable too...
