This is the CFK Custom Trailing Point Skinner, a sleek carver about the size of a Buck 110 folder. For me, this skinner has the goods - Sheep's horn scales with mosaic pins, stainless steel bolsters, and a full tang D2 tool steel trailing point blade. Added touches include a swedge, jimping on the blade spine (I like that!), and decorative filing art on the upper tang spine.
What I noticed first when I put the blade to beef brisket is the seamless transition between the handle materials when holding it. Smooth, smooth!
