Brad - I like it as a working knife also. The Cimo is also a solid working knife, Not quite as good looking of a knife but has lots of snap (very strong back spring). I think I will do a little work on the Cimo. The wooden scales need to be rounded over for a more comfortable grip and a little more sanding. Make no mistake these are not a pretty Case knife but I think they will be great users. I think I made a good investment and with the help of a great friend.
