Ron, the blade of ATS-34 steel is 3/4 inch wide and 1/8 inch thick.

It just looks wicked from any angle! How thick is that blade? I love the way it's ground. I'm sure it's just an illusion but it looks like it must be about an inch thick! And I know that would be impossible! I have no doubts about its piercing ability, that's fersure!

Thanks Ron.  As sharp as it is and the way the point is made, you could stab to the full depth of that 2 3/4 inch blade very easily.
