Thanks everybody. Cindy had been borrowing my custom 01 tool steel hunting knife when she needed to slice meat because her cheap kitchen cutlery just didn't cut it. (Pun intended!) Now she has her own set of quality cutlery.

I've a full set of Cattaraugus in my kitchen. Quality kitchen cutlery is just so sweet. Took my wife a while to get used to having sharp cutlery available in the kitchen .. a few band-aids. Now .. Family holiday get-togethers .. she doesn't know how her sister/brother/nephew etc. can use those dull things.
