Spyderco Sharpmaker
Ten times on the flat and turn to the triangle edge and do ten times then switch to the white sticks and repeat. Works well and can be used for sharpening other thing in different positions on the holder. Been using these since the mid 80's

Brad, That's a high tech one! I like the way it all fits together!

Ya they sure can sharpen, and fast, considering! Easy to use!

Max, I agree the Tri-angle Sharpmaker is awesome. I have 2, one at home and one here at work.

I've been using it forever and finish on my belt (ya the one to hold up my jeans from Cabelas) for shaving sharp!

Back in the 80's some guy was demonstrating how to sharpen a knife with this set up at an Outdoor show by Ohare airport and he did mine and my buddies knife and he carved a piece of paper up afterward to show how well it sharpened. We both bought it! Great set up! When all done you've done 40 swipes on the sticks and both sides of the knife! IT SHOULD BE SHARP!

This looks like an easy way to get a good and consistent angle
