Just getting around to putting the basic specs on the photos.... It's 440 Stainless. The thickness stays @ 2.5mm until the last inch near the tip . Actually the tip did bend when I threw it into hardwood... 5 out 6 it stuck good, that 6th time was annoying, but I hammered it out and resharpened it with no problems. It's a great little shank if ya ever need one. ;).

I like !

This looks lovingly abused (read EDC usage) .. .. what's the steel matl used ?? What's the taper in blade thickness as it approaches the tip ?? I'm amazed the tip is neither broken or "rolled over" or simply no longer there (rounded) !!

Again .. looks lovingly abused .. and surviving !!!
