This company, Curtis Industries, teamed with Imperial to make these Key Knives. Curtis made the key blanks and Imperial made the knives. Imperial made a two blade knife. Somehow during manufacturing, they left the small blade out, but left the holding pin in. Curtis made a key blank the slide in and over the pin. When this started is the question.
