Okay, here’s the third in the series of three new Mokis added to the collection this month. It is a limited edition Amaranth made for the 2022 Seki cutlery festival and outdoors knife show. Unlike the regular Amaranth model, this one features a silk satin frame finish instead of a mirror finish. It also has black lip pearl inlays instead of turban shell inlays. PS ... Kees Mension shared a great pic of his Amaranth back in 2015.
