Is there some way of posting follow-up images? I have this knife fully mirror polished and taken to .4 microns.

In any case I'll add a description to it since I own the knife pictured. It's tiger damascus with Abalone scales. Close to 360 degrees filework on the knife and the blade, dual thumb studs and a frame lock mechanism.

The maker is HHH (www.hhhknives.com), Randy Haas. And yes, it cost a pretty penny, but it was worth it considering the looks and quality of the materials!

I can also answer on the behalf of Randy why he haven't added descriptions yet. He has made many knives, and 99.5% of the images he has posted here are all his own creations.
Right now he's settling in into this community, and uploading many pics and adding descriptions while also trying to make a knife or two during the day is very demanding.

Outstanding! Notonly the beauty of the abalone but the contrast of the damscus blade... Call me green with envy!
