Steve, I had been wanting a convex folding knife do to the edges being able to last longer however I cant find any makers that sell convex folders. (let me know if you know of one) My queen cutlery knife had a dot of patina on an area and I also hated the huge logo on the main blade so I decided this would be the perfect knife to convex. I still need to thin down the edge as it is super thick currently. This is atleast the short version of the story. If I added why I needed it sharpened it would make it much longer haha
