Can anyone tell me anything about that tang stamp. It looks to me like it says Foreign Make. The knife was found in England.

I have never seen on.  I have heard that much like our knife tariff and insistence on marking from country of origin, England had some knives imported from outside of England after 1925 marked "Foreign".  That way a buyer knew it was not "local".  LOL, the first English "global" knife marking?
