The online community of knife collectors, A Knife Family Forged in Steel
Here are two pieces iv made using native brush bark. The one on the left is bitter brush with a porky pine quill design, the stone is fire sheen. Its not fashioned after any known stile, its what I call a palm knife. The but end is held in the center of the palm and the thumb and forefingers hold the upper blade. The one on the right is allso my own design , with a bitter brush and sage brush twested together on a pice of rainbow obsidian. The glues are made of juniper pitch, elk dung and chardoal. I make all my knives to be used I would prefer you would display them as art but there built to be used.
