i heard a saying one time that went, "its better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it". i think this is one of those tools where if you ever needed it for its intended purpose, you realise you would have spent $1000 on it and still feel like you had a bargain. this is one of those tools thats worth its weight in gold.

I like it so far although I haven't had to rescue anyone. so I cant really say if it works like they claim.

i have this one on my list of knives to eventually buy. what do you think of it so far?
