3rd shelf down on both ends are now devoted to knives and the books relocated. I am running out of room! I think I need another shelving unit.

Why, thank you! It's a work in progress. ;-) Although more and more of my books are sacrificing their shelf space for the knives...lol. Need more bookshelves I guess.
