When I was a new collector i didnt know about celluloid gassing and i lost a few thousand dollars worth of Case Classics to gassing. These two knives recently began gassing . I was fortunate to find Barry Hall. He did an incredible job and brought these two Classics back to life in style. Now they are gorgeous. Thank you Barry Hall for your great work!! Nfs jfs

I remember Barry showing me this one, he did a great job matching front and back if I remember correctly.

This is indeed a beautiful knife. What type of mammoth scales are these? Tusk cross section? Without your photo description, I would have been thinking stabilized wood.
