Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I've always loved single-bladed trapper folders. This probably stems from the fact that my father has carried one just about as long as I can remember (he favors Case's Slimline Barehead model).

Great Eastern Cutlery recently released what is perhaps the best version I've ever seen; the Ben Hogan series. Visitors of my photo page have probably seen the "Grizzly cut" Tidioute that I have. I recently picked up the Northfield Burnt Stag model and have to say that this is, easily, one of the most beautiful knives in my collection. The quality, as expected, is truly inspiring. The contrast of the platform's elegance with the rustic appeal of the Burnt Stag handle scales with the highly polished blade just "works" extremely well. I also like the "pinched" treatment of the bolsters. Just a little unusual "touch".
