I've pretty much decided that Great Eastern Cutlery/Northfield Cutlery's model #73 makes for the perfect pocket knife (whether in slip-joint or liner-lock). It's an ideal size. The single-blade version is called the "Scout". The one shown in this photo features Cocobolo wood handle scales. They are beautiful and their grain pattern really "pops"!

I like the 73 also Chris.  The 23 is a little big for me and has such a stong backspring it is harder for me to open.  These 73's are smooth as silk
