Great Eastern Cutlery does a great job with their version of the Barlow pattern. The model shown in this photo has Snakewood handle scales (though the scales themselves are perhaps too small to properly display the characteristic pattern from which Snakewood derives it's name).

The Barlow Pattern is my favorite knife pattern by far Chris. And Great Eastern does a nice job with the 25 pattern Barlows. I have a Genuine Stag and a Sawcut Goldenrod that I EDC. I hoping that eventually they come out with a Granddaddy Barlow built on their new #79 frame. Your's is a beauty. I can tell it's the stamped blade etch, and the steel bolsters and frame. A Beautiful Knife!
