Shown here is a particularly unusual Great Eastern Cutlery model 73. First you'll see beautiful front and rear bolsters...but the uniqueness of this knife is actually found in the handle scales (Ivory). Unfortunately, the material has shrunk over the years (the knife was made in 2007). Still, a real beauty.
