Great Eastern Cutlery's #54 pattern is one of my favorites. Many people call this a "Cuban" pattern. Call it whatever you like...but for me, the size is absolutely ideal for a basic pocket knife. Add to that GEC's Harness Jack configuration and, for me, we've arrived at simple perfection.

Shown here is one of my more used 54's. This one features Frontier Bone handle scales. This scale style doesn't ring everybody's bells...but I like it a lot. Seems to remind me of when I was a little boy...when everything Western was "the coolest" as far as I was concerned.
