I love GEC's model 54. They come with a perfectly-executed clip point blade...and an equally well-done spear point blade. And the size...the Cuban platform...is my favorite.

This particular Northfield model features Cranberry Acrylic handle scales. While it is certainly true that my favorite scale materials (on slip joint knives) are Genuine Stag, American Elk, and Burnt Stag, certain Acrylic configurations really ring my bell. This here is one example. And talk about quality! This knife is flat out PERFECT. Love the pinched bolsters too. I could rave about this beautiful knife all day...but we've both got other things to do.
