As beautiful as organic handle materials can be, sometimes a synthetic handle material provides an appeal that is just plain hard to achieve any other way.

Take a good look at the small jack knife shown in the photo. This is a Great Eastern Cutlery/Northfield Cutlery blade. Look closer. See the handle scales? Remind you of something? How about GRANITE? Yep...that's what this particular material emulates...QUITE WELL.

Without gushing (yet again) about the incredible quality of GEC knives, all I can say is that this little companion is "as good as it gets".
