I recently acquired this beautiful model 74 Ranch Hand Northfield Custlery from Gary Norton/Northwest Knife Company. The Natural Stag handle scales are perfectly matched. Like it's older sibling, the model 73, this knife is perfectly sized...being neither too large, nor too small. I prefer the clip blade on the Ranch Hand to the standard drop point of the 73...though both knife designs are marvelously suited to nearly every basic EDC task that I could think of.
