Thanks Brad, I stuggle with the same thing, I have them just in Rolls now - 3 full plus knives sitting around. I bought her that display case and she is doing a good job with her collection.

I am lagging as a collector. I have 20+ years collecting and I still haven't figured out how to display my knives. 

She has a great start, no doubt to having an excellent knife collecting mentor. Continue to encourage the "Knifer-lings"

She is certainly off to a great start.  The young ones are the future for knife collecting.  It will be fun to see what direction they take this hobby in
