Kyley, That is indeed a gut hook! This one is a custom order for a client and friend. in Alaska. He requested a gut hook to help in the cleaning of all the HUGE King Salmon and Halibut.. I have never seen a gut hook on a fillet knife.. The O1 has basically both Forge and forced patina.
