The handle on this one is made with some INSANELY beautiful Cedar burl.
Just look at this knife and try and count the eyes! Its amazing. and thats a understatement. With 6 coats of hand rubbed finish, This Cedar looks like spun GOLD! Just for fun I added a duel jeweled thumb-stud.

This is some burly burl here! Look at the number of eyes on this piece.. Its amazing. and the smell of the cedar.. well that is one of the finest smelling woods God made in my opinion!
