For the most part, Swiss Army Knives will never fall into a NIB catagory, with me. They're simply meant to be used.
When I can get one, that only has some pocket rash on the scales and looks great on the inside, for well less than half price, that's the route I'm taking. That's the reason I bought some extra scales. I've even bought whole knives to use as doners just for the scales. The minichamp came with an ink pin; didn't particularly like it, so I bought a regular SD fora couple bucks and now the minichamp has two front scales. Confuses folks when they see it.

(Your two ladies spoil you, Ol' buddy.)

!! . That works . !!

.

I've EXTREMELY few that have "no use" & are absolutely "new in the box". I use the knives I buy. But, like you, I've a portion of my collection that are in very good condition & have seen very little use. Most of mine that have any "value" to them are really old & rare stampings. Hardly "new in the box".

.

Then of course .. there are the "High Value" ones .. gifts from Abby & Hannah .. Big Smile !!!

.

Enjoy your day, JJ.

Yes, no and no, Dale.
Yes, there is another box;
No, they're not new;
No, they're not unused.
I went on an eBay spree, a while back, and picked up some that I consider better condition than others.
That's the OTHER box.
