This is on eBay in the UK, described as below...

This razor is marked "Turner 8th Wisconsin" on the scales
There is also an eagles head on the reverse
I can imagine there are a few Civil war fakes out there so i cannot verify this one
I have no information of where it came from was just part of an auction job lot
I dont believe the engraving is recent & have added some closeups

This razor is older than the Civil War in my opinion, it appears to be around early 1800's in appearance. I don't know if it is genuine .

I will put a few quid on it but if any Civil War collectors want to try for it I will happily send a link to the eBay site or bid for you if required.
