These two are some of the best of the Schrade years. Shielded one is a Schrade stamped harness Jack. The second, while also made by Schrade was offered thru DE Hardware stores, probably in the 1940s. It's more of a Cattlemen pattern and also has a Punch blade, clip main and pen.

There are so many things that I have yet to learn about Schrades. I wasn't trying to be picky...I thought you might have some info on another distributor that I wasn't aware of. .

Well it's actually the same thing, I just called it the wrong thing. Shapleigh is what I meant. I have ,any more but these were close the other day.

You are a lucky man to have 2 B&M's in such good condition. I am amazed that they show no shrinkage. I'm somewhat  familiar with the Diamond Edge knives that Schrade Walden made but they were sold out of Shapleigh Hardware. I've never heard of DE Hardware.

Thank you Derek! Just thought, with the current talk about Butter, I should share these.

Perry beautiful knives and to see knives of that vintage in such good condition is outstanding.
