DCF Mini Caper - My Favorite Neck Knife
I have many great knives, but my current favorite EDC is the Mini Caper with Neck Carry Sheath by Deer Creek Forge.
The knife:
3/32" 1095 HC Steel, heat treated and tempered to a 58-59 RC hardness
6" OAL, 2" Cutting Edge
Saber Ground
Mirror Finish upgrade on mine (usually satin finish).
Koa scales are an additional upgrade provided by my friend Bruce Prosser of DCF.
The sheath is a hand sewn, leather pocket style sheath, with a pocket for a small ferro rod, which is included.
