Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I pick this knife up at a estate sale, the main blade is broken and the stamp mark is too hard for me to read. I was just wondering if anyone knew what this was and could tell me the value if there is a value.
Thanks

Not 100% sure but I think I see "tida" right next to the "NY". Does anyone know what that means?

I see Utica .. which supports the Kutmaster thought ..however, cannot read the top line.

After studying it closer I see on the bottom right, "NY" and "USA".
