Iroquois Scout knives were made by Utica in New York. This knife is in fair condition at best but i got it cheap. What i liked most about ti was the old style screwdriver and the swedge on the spear master. The handles are deadly Celluloid but they have long since gassed out. The shield reads "Scout"
