That knife is mine as well. It's from our fast diminishing stock of HMS Victory wood - I am down to one small plank. That knife is on sheffield-gb.com The great problem about buying ancient wood is all manner of strange creeping things emerge from it usually at night. I have just been given a quantity of 15th century oak planks and my wife views these not as treasured ancient but with considerable suspicion. I am not sure why as anything from the 15th century which was going to emerge and conquer the world would surely have done so by now. But you never know - Donald Trump visited the UK a few days ago.
