The crash dummies aren't bad to be around everyday, but some of the people who help make them sure can get on a guys nerves.lol

Yep the big words do work their magic. It sounds like a neat place to work.

Max - We use carts to push them around. No, they do not have cameras. They will be loaded with electronic measuring devices ( accelerometers, potentiometers and load cells) prior to crash tests, but we do not put much instrumentation in them at our plant. Do all those big words make me sound smart? LOL

Must be hard to move them around being dead weight and all. Do they have cameras in them also

Max - As you can tell, who ever dresses the dummies doesn't do a very good job. As far as the weight, they do weigh the same as a human the same size. The big guy, between my wife and I, is the largest one we make. He weighs around 230 lbs.

Very cool pic! Who dresses the dummies and why! LOL. Nice lookin' Family!

On average what do the dummies weigh? equal to human counter parts?
