The JKR90 still has a somewhat dull main blade but it is easy to sharpen. I use a Rapala single stage ceramic sharpener that is often given away with their filet knives on curved blades such as this. Works like a charm. The first knife had a small amount of blade rub -- not so, this one. Opens and closes with a good snap for a mushroom knife. Very happy with this unique mushroom/picnic knife.
