Stephen, we did not use a special knife on the cake...  however, Bret, of course, gave his brother a Case knife & my oldest boy, Tyler, got a Great Eastern watch pocket knife with a buffalo horn handle. Ryan, my youngest boy in the hat, doesn't care much for knives yet & will be getting a silver coin for his collection. Bret walked down the aisle with a stag Kabar stockman and a LFC pearl congress.
