I think you can get "Bird's Eye" Rivets from some knife maker supply dealers.

I say....if you have another Ka-Bar bird's eye rivet Stockman that needs parts, use the parts to make one nice one. Other wise try to repair that one. 

I used to have one just like that one in near mint condition. I liked it...a lot.
