This is the super rare Northwoods Scagel Series 11 Prototype. The late Dave Shirley, founder of Northwoods Knives, only had one prototype for each pattern built for his inspection and approval and this is it. The Scagel Series 11 is rather unique because it is the only Northwoods built Scagel knife with a normal nail pull rather than the Scagel signature nail hole. This particular knife has gorgeous stag handles and the 1095 carbon steel blade is stamped "PROTOTYPE" on both sides. This knife is SWEET!!
