Yes, Jan. It is elegant, It's hard to believe that it probably sold for a few dollars in the 40s and 50s.

Thanks Steve. This knife has probably never even cut a piece of paper. It has not been sharpened since the factory, but will shave hair off my arm. While I haven't established a date of manufacture for certain, I believe it is from as far back as the forties, I especially like the small integral guards.
